“When one of you plants a tree, the fruits of which all creatures enjoy, let it be written as charity.”
Climate change is radically changing the world we live in. We’re already seeing the impacts of climate change with natural disasters on the rise and temperatures changing around the globe. Not only is this change unsustainable, but it could spell disaster for the future of humanity. As well as helping poverty stricken communities, we want to make sure there’s a future for these communities too.
To help combat the problem of climate change, we’ve made it our mission to plant trees and fruit in developing countries. We made this our goal for two reasons. Firstly, by increasing the number of trees, we can start to fight back against mass deforestation. We can begin to regrow our forests and give nature a place to thrive once again. We also believe that by growing fruit, we can help local communities thrive. This fruit can be eaten by locals and also sold for profit to support poor farmer families. As a result, impoverished communities will be able to reinvest in local infrastructure, helping support our education and food efforts.
We believe it is our responsibility to tackle climate change and we need to do it now. The sooner we start taking action, the sooner we can limit the damage we’re doing to the climate. With your help, we can reduce the impact of climate change, creating a sustainable future for generations to come.
